[suggestion] an additional zone, the 'warzone'!



  • My idea is to add an extra type of zone in addition to the 2 existing in the game already.

    Safe zone - For example riverbank, concept stays the same.

    Danger zone - Just the normal pvp enabled zones.

    War zone - Zones in the endgame area where you can't become red if you kill anyone. Where items always drop on death. And the area contains special type of loot only available in that area (for example a rare kind of ore for the mining/blacksmithing skill).

    This game feels like it just lacks that one big endgame pvp battleground with high risk and high reward. Something like this might bring an new aspect and some form of equilibrium to the endgame.

    All in all this is just a suggestion but it feels like it would play out interestingly. Especially in a way of guilds/factions fighting over controlling that area.

    Hi Grim, thank you for your feedback. This was indeed our initial idea, but the penalties for being flagged as Assassin are very limited as of today, so it's fair you get them everywhere. That being said, we have a very important expansion to the PvP system (which doesn't include the Assassin mechanic) to be announced soon. Stay tuned!
