The slot machine

  • Hi.

As my house is located at the wonderful lizard are I bought a slot machine today from the nice blacksmith(yes I am aware around 0 people will use it, but who knows it might be the local gambling area after people have farmed map or hope to win that 1k gold to make it a compleate map I know this proabably will never happen tho) and I just wonder how much money I must have to fill the machine.

Can I empty it on money later on, as if I play on it just for fun I get back all my money if I empty it?

I do guess that other players money they gamble for fo into the machine, but I would like that comfirmedaswell.
Edit: I find it myself better if the slot machines operated on a global system, as in all machines are connected. lose money at machine 2? goes into jackpot or whatever im sure we can find out some decent way to actually make the slotmachines usable. it sucks when you are stuck with one and it wont even accept all the argents you have. Who knows how many argents it take to start it? 100k?

  • It's not profitable to run slot machines. I've tried it, had a whole floor dedicated to a casino.

You don't make money. Every time I checked them, players had drained them completely. You spend a lot of argents buying slot machines just to give away even more.

  • Well I will make sure to place my slot machine behind a locked door so no filthy gamblers can sneak it and steal all my money(thats why the slot machines should be server based, as like the person posted I doubt you can make any real money on them, a global gaming jackpot>all machines>whatever spent into jackpot it could even be used for some kinda OK other items but whatever im losing my track.

How many argents did you need to be able to start the machine?

Did you set the odds on it? Even with the odds at very low to win you should have made a good coin or two

  • Yes, I had them all set to the lowest payout odds possible. They just don't work, and it cost me a lot of argents to find that out.
