In Ultima online solution was forbidding injured players to use the gates. The same logic can apply here easily, if you are wounded you simply won't be allowed to change realms.

I am not a PK actually I have never killed any player in this game but I find this extremely odd. People play this game because PVP actualy exists. The changes just make it impossible for the PKs.
1)Make the aggressors levels reduce by time duration
2)Make it Karma based, meaning if a PK kills another PK, reduce the aggressors levels. (If the level is the same reduce by 1, if it is below 0.5 and if higher 1.5)
3)Remove the blessing penalty.
4)Remove the "extremely" hard quest idea.
You see how it is on the PVE server right? deserted.. These changes will make the same to the PVP server...
And please DO NOT implement this before the implementation of PK cities.

I also experience no ticks when training cooking. When I'm using the wine presses in the tavern basement however, I can see the ticks. Weird.
Yeah but it actually skill ups, that is a bug too.
How is that a bug?
Because you can't see the ticks (skill ups in the chat log) but it actually skills up?

Giving rewards for throwing things out? Why not just put a trash bin inside of the bank?
Well there are two reasons, firstly this will presumely stop people on the ground and even if they do some other people will pick them and put them to the trash bins.
Secondly it is a tested game mechanic as UO vets would confirm, people go crazy on tickets and it also creates an economy for ticket sales.
